A:Label IT是random連結在A, T, C, G任何一個 

2.     Label IT linkage是連接在A, T, C, G的哪一個functional group呢?
A: 是連結在五碳糖的OH基上,以共價鍵作鍵結

　

3.     Could we use siRNA labeleing kit with nucleic acid(including DNA and RNA)?
A: 可以,但protocol內附的實驗對象都是針對siRNA如果換成DNA需更改  protocol此部分需要顧客自己試條件

4.     If we want to label 20~30 amino acid, which labeling kit should we choose?
A: Mirus labeling kit只能label nucleic acids, 不能label amino acids.

5.     Mirus labeling kit內有附Precipitation Enhancer Solution,請問它的成分是PEG or tRNA嗎?會不會影響後續實驗?

A: Precipitation Enhancer Solution的成分非PEG or tRNA,但最重要的是Precipitation Enhancer Solution不會影響後續實驗的操作

6.     Label IT Nucleic Acid Modifying kit的用途是什麼呢?

A: Label IT Nucleic Acid Modifying kit讓顧客可自己隨意label自己相要的sample在核酸上Ex: attach nucleic acid to a protein, peptide or solid surface

8.     Label IT Nucleic Acid Modifying kit的labeling density是多少呢?

A:依照protocol的操作流程是每20~60 base會有一個label,如果您想增加labeling density,可在實驗一開始時增加Label IT的量即可增加labeling density,

Ex: if you adds 2x the starting amount of Label IT, it will put one label per 10 to 30 bases. If you adds 2.5 X the amount of Label IT, it will put one label per 8 to 24 bases.
